Opies Green Peppercorns in Brine (1.1kg)
By Opies
Opies Green peppercorns in brine. There are three types of peppercorns (black, white, green) that all come from the pepper plant known as Piper Nigrum.
Green peppercorns are the unripened seeds from this plant. They have a fresh flavor that is less pungent than black and white peppercorns. Preserved in brine, Opies green peppercorns are often used in cheeses, pates and sauces - and an essential ingredient for making peppercorn steak.
