60% fresh organic milk from our cows, lots of double cream, plus a thick chocolate ripple and loads of chocolate chips.

This was one of the three original Marshfield flavours, created over 25 years ago. Since then we’ve been continually tweaking and improving the recipe and we think it’s now pretty near perfect!

Why not try making our special Marshfield Rocky Road? You might have tried traditional Rocky Road before – but our recipe is for an ice cream based version!
