On an almond biscuit, a layer of crunchy praline, with milk chocolate and breaking crêpes covered with a Bavarian cream with dairy cream and white chocolate, and a Bavarian cream with dairy cream and dark chocolate (rich 64% cocoa).

Bavarian cream is powdered with dark chocolate (rich 64% cocoa).

Presentation base with dual function: - Protection of the dessert in the package - detachable ruler to help cutting for the preparation of homogeneous pieces in weight and size (8, 10 or 12 pieces).
